Track

Kennedee Brittain – Broken Bow

Kennedy is a senior and was the 4A State Champion in the Shot Put as a freshman, a three-year state placer in shot, and a state placer in the discus as a junior. Signed to throw at Quachita Baptist University in Arkansas. 

Greydon Howell – Broken Bow

Two event state placer as a freshman. He is a great team leader and makes everyone around him better. Leads by example in practice and in competition. All-around great kid and excels in multiple sports. 

Quinton Zirretta, Ravian Larry, and Cordavious Hankins – Idabel

Quniton, Ravian, and Cordavious are the anchors of the track team. These guys are the heart of the 4×100 and 4×200 state championship teams. All three can be multidiscipline athletes. Ravin signed with Utah State for football, and Cordavious signed with Langston for football and track. Quinton has many track offers to consider at this time.

Tristan Gross – Wright City

He has qualified for state in previous seasons in the 1600, 3200, and the 4×800 relay. He looks to have another solid year. 

Kenlie Zilliox – Wright City

This past cross country season as a freshman, she was second team All-State. In track this spring, she hopes to place in the 1600, 3200, and 4×800 relay at state. 

Underclassmen to Watch

Track

Jaylen Cauthron – Broken Bow

Sophomore that has transferred back to Broken Bow; was a state qualifier and medalist as a freshman. Will be a great addition to the team with speed, jumping ability, and experience at the state level. 

Isaiah Fields – Broken Bow

Isaiah is a junior with state competition experience. He is a quiet athlete with a great work ethic and leads by example. Isaiah is a sprinter and a middle distance runner who came a long way his sophomore year and coaches expect great things this season. 

Cassidy Pondexter – Idabel

Cassidy is a great young man who works hard. Last season, he was an alternate on the 4×100 and 4×200 relays and had to step in a couple of times during the season. The team never skipped a beat on those races and won them all.

Peyton Miller – Wright City

Peyton is a great kid and a hard worker that is always ready to leave it all on the track.
